How do I change my personal or account information?

• E-mail address
• Mailing address
• Mobile number

If you want to change other information, such as your name, you will need to reach out to support directly. It is likely that we will require proof of these changes before altering your account.

To change your personal information:
 

• Log in to your account and click 'My Account' at the top-right corner:

• Towards the top of the page you will notice a section called 'My Information'. Here you will be able to change your information:

• Simply click the edit button next to any of the fields and you'll be able to change and save your new information.
